All packages include 2 hours of rental. Additional hours billed at $100/hr.
360 Photo Lounge ("Company") agrees to provide a 360 photo booth rental for the Client's event as described in the booking agreement. All packages include:
Non-Refundable Retainer: A deposit is required to confirm and hold the event date. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the Client.
Deposit Due Date: The deposit must be received within 5 days of booking agreement. Failure to pay by this date releases the reserved date for other bookings without notice.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
Overage Rate: Additional hours beyond the base 2-hour rental are billed at $100 per hour, payable at the event. Overage time must be approved by the on-site attendant.
The non-refundable retainer is forfeited upon any cancellation by the Client. Should the Client need to reschedule, 360 Photo Lounge will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Any rescheduling request must be made at least 14 days prior to the original event date.
If the Company must cancel due to circumstances within the Company's control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.
Travel Fee: A travel fee of $50 applies for events located more than 20 miles from zip code 73115 (Oklahoma City metro). Additional mileage rates may apply for distances beyond 50 miles and will be agreed upon at booking.
Space Requirement: Client agrees to provide a minimum 10x10 foot clear setup area at the venue. The booth platform, red carpet, stanchions, and lighting require this footprint. The Company must be able to access the setup area at least 1 hour prior to the event start time for setup.
Power: Client agrees to provide access to a standard 110V power outlet within 25 feet of the setup area. Failure to provide adequate power may result in service disruption for which the Company is not liable.
360 Photo Lounge guarantees a minimum 80% equipment uptime during the contracted rental period. In the event of equipment failure affecting service below this threshold, the Company will provide a pro-rated credit toward a future booking at the Client's request. This credit is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Client for equipment failure.
The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to 360 Photo Lounge equipment caused by guests, client, or other parties at the event. The cost of repair or replacement will be billed to the Client at market value.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, severe weather, power outages, or other acts of God. In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule the event at no additional charge.
Client grants 360 Photo Lounge permission to use non-personal, non-identifying event footage and photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing at the time of booking. Opting out does not affect the booking or pricing in any way.
By providing an electronic signature (typed name) on the booking contract, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms. The electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a physical signature under applicable Oklahoma state law.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
